According to the United States government and "health" authorities in California, raw, unpasteurized milk is the item out of place in this list. Why? Because it's the only product that's illegal.  Fresh, unpasteurized milk is a staple of the diet many around the world, likely including our grandparents and great-grandparents.  However, selling raw milk is actually a crime in many states, like distributing cocaine or heroin.
