Meal Plans
 
  • Eat 3-4 meals per day, at set times. Allow a minimum 4 hours between each meal.
  • Avoid snacking or eating anything between meals.
  • The only allowed beverages are pure water, herbal teas and organic coffee, such as Living Fuel Super Coffee.
  • Target 8 or more glasses of pure water each day. You may drink water between meals. Do not drink tap water.
  • Eat you last meal of the day at least 3 hours before bedtime.
  • Perform some type of daily exercise/physical activity. Choose exercise based on your current health and fitness.
  • Keep a daily journal, recording your food intake, exercise and hours of sleep.
Days 1-3
Days 4-6
  • Breakfast: Living Fuel Super Smoothie
  • Lunch: Living Fuel Super Smoothie
  • Dinner: Four Corners Meal
Day 7
  • Breakfast: Living Fuel Super Smoothie
