The 7-Day Challenge
1. Eat 3-4 meals per day at set times. If you choose three times per day, then allow 5-6 hours between each meal. If you choose four times per day, then allow four hours between each meal.
2. Please avoid snacking or eating anything between meals.
3. Purified water, herbal teas and LivingFuel Super Coffee, and high pH sparkling waters such as San Pellegrino are the only allowed beverages.
4. Target 8 or more glasses of spring water every day. Please do not drink tap water. You may drink water between your meals.
5. Please allow a minimum of three hours between dinner and bedtime.
6. Daily exercise and activity is critically important; choose exercise based on your fitness level some will walk and others will perform intense workouts.
7. We recommend that you keep a daily journal.
7-Day Challenge Meal Plans
Days 1-3:
Breakfast: LivingFuel Super Smoothie with SuperBerry® Ultimate, Living Protein and CocoChia® snack mix or bar (please see directions and recipes for how to make your delicious Super Smoothie.)
Lunch: Four Corners complete nutrition meal.
Dinner: Four Corners complete nutrition meal.
