1 heaping tablespoon of organic almond butter (or choose your favorite nut butter)
1 organic banana
1 teaspoon organic cinnamon
1 teaspoon organic cocoa powder
¼ cup spring water

Add all ingredients to a bowl, smash the banana and mix thoroughly. Enjoy it by the spoonful!
