1 medium frozen banana
¼ cup organic nut butter (peanut, almond, macadamia, or cashew)
2 tablespoons organic cocoa powder
½ cup cold purified water (may adjust water for desired consistency)

Optional: Dash of organic ground cinnamon and organic nutmeg 
Optional: Garnish with fresh seasonal berries

Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor until smooth.
