2 scoops LivingProtein®
3/4 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
5 1/2 fresh strawberries
1 banana
1/3 cup rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp honey (brown rice syrup or maple syrup)
3/4 cup water
4-6 ice cups
Mix in a blender until smooth and enjoy!
