1/2 cup quick oats
water (enough just to cover the oats)
1 tbsp of honey
3 dates
1 tbsp of cocoa nibs
1 tbsp of grounded flax seeds
1 scoop LivingProtein®
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp poppy seeds
1 tbsp of pumpkin seeds
1/2 tsp bee pollen
Dozen of frozen blueberries
2 dry figs
1 plantain

In a medium pan boil in the water: oats, chopped dates, grounded flax, poppy and chia seeds. When almost done, add honey and LivingProtein® then mix. Pour in a bowl and serve. Add your pumpkin seeds, blueberries, bee pollen, cocoa nibs, dry figs and cooked plantain (or whatever toppings you like). Remember, you are eating with your eyes, too. It's easy, healthy and cheap!
