You can make this smoothie as creamy as you want and even change the taste and sweetness with the option of added honey.


2 scoops LivingProtein®
1 medium frozen banana
1 teaspoon organic ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
1 tablespoon organic almond butter
10 ounces cold spring water
1 teaspoon raw local honey (optional)

Add all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth. For a creamier consistency, use 5 ounces of water and 5 ounces of unsweetened almond milk instead of 10 ounces of water.
