A sweet smoothie with a little apple tang.

This smoothie packs a tasty nutritional punch and is big enough to share.


3 cups of fresh spring water
1 Honeycrisp Apple
1 banana (fresh or frozen)
½ fresh avocado
2 Scoops Living Fuel SuperGreens
1 scoop collagen powder
3 cups frozen blueberries
½ tsp Golden Milk powder
3 tsp honey
Add ice if you prefer a colder beverage
Mix in a blender until smooth and enjoy!
